Parkrun Championship Rules

Open to all members of Handsworth Road Hogs first claim or second claim.
12 different Park Runs, one every month, you have all month to attend and record a time at the chosen Park Run for the month.
Your aim is beat your 5k time from 2025 can be from a parkrun or just your fastest 5k from the year.

If you beat it then your new fastest time becomes your goal for the rest of the year.
Scoring starts at 1 point for the person who beats their PB by the most or gets closest to beating their PB then 2 for next, etc.

Your best 6 results count so if you do 6 out of the 12 months then you are in with a shout of winning.
Just let Adrian Good (Ady) know your fastest 5k time from 2025 and your parkrun barcode
